　　Two Washington, D.C. Metro technicians were fired after a woman was injured from falling into an open hatch outside Pentagon station. It was reported that the technicians were working on a broken escalator and left a floor hatch open before logging off duty. The next morning, a 52-year-old woman fell into the hatch.
