　　Autodesk, Inc. has named Federal Equipment Co. (FEC) as its April Inventor of the Month. FEC used Autodesk software to design a new elevator system for the U.S. Navy. The system uses magnets instead of cables to power elevators, enabling the Navy to transport munitions onboard aircraft carriers more efficiently.
