AUSTRALIAN DEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION

　　Construction of Finbar tower is underway in Pilbara, Australia. The tower is part of a government plan to revitalize the area by encouraging the development of housing and amenities, the lack of which has deterred people from living in the area. If presales for the AUD100-million (US$106-million) tower continue at their present rate, construction of a second “twin” tower could begin in months.
