通力已接收西雅图-塔科马国际机场航站楼自动扶梯现代化项目的订单。通力将从2011年6月底开始向华盛顿地区的西雅图-塔科马国际机场提供44部自动扶梯。该项目计划于2013年6月完成。
　　除了安装2部新自动扶梯，现有的42部扶梯将被替换或者现代化，其中包括10台通力EcoMod®。通力公司与特纳建筑公司合作制定计划，将最大限度地减少对设施和最终用户的干扰，同时最大限度地提高能源效率，减少对环境的影响。

KONE implements escalator modernization program with Sea-Tac Airport 


　　KONE has been awarded an order for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Terminal Escalator Modernization Project. Serving the Seattle-Tacoma, Washington area, KONE will be providing a total of 44 escalators in the airport beginning in late July 2011. The project is expected to be completed in June 2013.
　　In addition to the implementation of two new escalators, 42 existing units will be replaced or modernized including 10 with KONE EcoMod®. KONE has partnered with Turner Construction Company to develop a plan that will minimize disruption to the facility and end users while maximizing energy efficiency to reduce environmental impact.
