　　An agribusiness and food ingredient company wants to purchase the Riceland Foods elevator in West Memphis.
　　The sale of the operation at the Crittenden County Port to Bunge North America is expected to close by the end of the year. Terms of the sale weren't disclosed.
　　Bunge Grain vice president Bailey Ragan told the Stuttgart Daily Leader (http://bit.ly/ruxNl0) that the company continues to look for opportunities to strengthen its network of elevators along the Mississippi River and its tributaries to serve its export terminal in Destrehan, La.
　　Ragan says the elevator is located in an area where several different crops are grown and where production continues to increase.
　　Officials say seven workers at the elevator, which has a 625,000-bushel storage capacity, will transition to Bunge employees.
