据墨西哥新闻日报报道，由于日前有74台自动扶梯正在进行维护，墨西哥城市地铁调配了50名工作人员为行动不便的旅客指引前往地铁站的路。这批工作人员帮助老年人、残障人士和孕妇上下楼梯，必要的时候还需要背扶他们到达月台或出站。最受自动扶梯维护影响的是地铁七号线，线路上的14台自动扶梯中有10台，都不能使用，除非等到确认能安全运行。该项维护工程是继二月份发生的一起因自动扶梯超载并突然停运，造成二人受伤的事故而开展的，预计将持续一周。

　　Mexico City Metro has deployed 50 employees to assist passengers with mobility issues navigate subway stations as it undertakes maintenance of 74 escalators, Mexico News Daily reports. The employees assist senior citizens, disabled people and pregnant women on stairs, in some cases carrying individuals to their destinations. Metro Line 7 is most affected, with escalators in 10 of 14 stations out of commission until they are deemed safe to operate. Work is expected to take approximately a week. The maintenance effort comes on the heels of a February incident in which two people were injured when a unit’s overload-stop function failed to work.
