　　Alimak Group has finalized an agreement to acquire Dataline Borås AB, which has supplied control systems for construction hoists and permanent lifts to the group for more than two decades. Alimak describes the acquisition as the first step in establishing a digital hub for new solutions to increase the performance of all its products and services, ultimately resulting in enhanced safety and productivity for customers. In announcing the acquisition, Alimak observed that Dataline Borås “has a well-proven track record of developing smart and cost-effective embedded controls, specialized in the areas of lift applications.”
