南方日报讯（记者/欧志葵）今年是广东省特种设备行业协会成立十周年。记者今天获悉，截止到2010年底，广东省在用特种设备总数已达到828259台（套），占全国的12.8%。

目前，省内取得行政许可的特种设备生产企业共有2082家，检验检测机构231家，使用单位已达10多万家。

据介绍，所谓特种设备指的是锅炉、压力容器（含气瓶）、压力管道、电梯、起重机械、客运索道、大型游乐设施和场（厂）内专用机动车辆等，它们具有危险性大、专业技术强特征。




Guangdong Accounting for 12.8% of the Special Equipments in China

　　2011 is the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Guangdong Special Equipments Industry Association. By the end of 2010, there have been 828,259 units of special equipments, accounting for 12.8% of the total number in China.
　　Currently, there are 2,082 enterprises manufacturing special equipments with legal licenses, 231 examining agents, and the using agents reached more than 100,000.
　　The special equipments refer to the boiler, pressure vessel, cylinder, elevator, lifting machinery, passenger ropeway, the motor vehicles in large recreation facilities, which have the features of high danger and high professional techniques.
