国家质检总局新闻发言人李元平10月25日称，今年9月，我国共发生电梯事故6起，死亡3人。包括电梯事故在内的各类特种设备事故发生的主要原因是违章作业、管理不善和故障处置不当。

　　李元平表示，对以上事故，质检部门正在按照相关规定进行调查处理。
