晨报记者张昱欣报道 春节临近，市质监部门加强了对电梯等特种设备的安全监管力度。检查中发现，闵行区一小区内高层电梯在未经检验情况下擅自启用，存在安全隐患，质监部门当即介入调查。

　　昨天一早，在位于闵行区莘潭路76号一居民大楼内，两台电梯都处于停运检修状态。据了解，去年12月19日，该住宅楼因楼道杂物堆积引起火灾，殃及电梯机房，烧毁电梯控制屏、主机等设备。经莘庄镇政府协调，落实上海三胜康恩德电梯公司对电梯进行改造，从今年元旦期间开始施工，并于1月17日下午向市特检院申报检验。市特检院紧急抽调检验人员对现场进行检验发现，该电梯存在制动滑行超标、超载保护失效、平衡系数过大、“紧急呼救应答装置”因线路烧断而不正常等问题。而进一步调查发现，火灾受损电梯曾在未经检验的情况下有擅自启用的情况。质监部门表示，对改造单位、使用单位擅自使用电梯的违法行为，将根据调查结果、按其行为过错程度依法给予处理。

　　On December 19 2011, there was a residential building which caught fire. The elevator is burned down. Shanghai Concorde Elevator Company reformed the elevator. The construction began from January 1, and declared inspection on January 17. After inspection, this elevator had been used before testing. The quality and supervision bureau indicated that this behavior would be punished according to law.
