5月10日，西子奥的斯节能电梯“绿色中国行”巡展巴士开抵西安，包括西安荣华地产在内，宏峰实业、领地置业等多家本地房地产企业代表出席了“绿色电梯解决方案品鉴会”，共同见证了西子奥的斯在节能电梯领域的创新成果和其绿色电梯在建筑项目上的应用实效。

会上荣华地产与西子奥的斯电梯有限公司签署了战略合作协议，荣华地产开发的北经城、碧水蓝庭、水岸新城等新建项目将安装西子奥的斯公司生产的172台节能电梯。对于此次签约，荣华集团总经理李斌平先生表示：“购房者在关注楼盘价格、地段的同时，对居住环境的需求有了进一步提升。针对购房者的需求，集团已加大对环保战略的关注，通过电梯等重要建筑部品来提升楼盘的绿色亲和力。”而面对西安良好的市场前景，西子奥的斯电梯销售副总裁李先元表示，公司将逐步加大节能环保理念的推广，以绿色产品和卓越服务赢得西北这个极具发展潜力的大市场。

XIZI OTIS “Green China Trip” Arrived in Xi’an

　　On May 10, 2011, XIZI OTIS “Green China Trip” arrived in Xi’an. Many local real estate enterprises participated in the conference to witness the technology and innovation in energy-saving of XIZI OTIS.

　　In the conference, RongHua Real Estate Company signed strategic cooperating plan with XIZI OTIS, and XIZI OTIS provided 172 energy-saving elevators to Ronghua Real Estate Company. Li binhua, general manager of Ronghua, said, “The purchaser of houses has high demands on the residential environment besides the price and position. Focusing on the needs of purchasers, we improve the quality of houses by equipping energy-saving elevators.” Li xianyuan, vice president of XIZI OTIS, expressed XIZI OTIS would widely spread the energy-saving concept in manufacturing and design period to explore the large market by energy-saving green products.
