Otis Elevator Caravan National Exhibition Launches in Tianjin

Yesterday, “Safety Together Forever, Service Close Forever” Otis elevator caravan national exhibition launched in Tianjin. It is reported that the elevator caravan will come to the usual residents and advocates the elevator safety knowledge through the exhibition of elevator and the interactive activity to bring the attention to the elevator safety.

Ge weiqi, president of Otis, said that, more than half elevator accidents are related to the passengers’ wrong operation, such as taking passenger elevator as cargo lift; jumping when taking elevator or escalator, wrong use of the buttons and so on, which all can influence the running of elevator.
