日前，在杭州举行的2014年浙江省科技成果竞价 （拍卖）会上， 92项科技成果以竞价拍卖的形式向企业出售，其中2项被南浔企业拍走。

　　据了解，本次拍卖会，南浔区恒达富士电梯有限公司以350万元拍得“恒温恒湿智能电梯的研发”科技成果，湖州佳力机电科技有限公司以250万元购得“洗衣机用双凸极永磁电机”科技成果。

　　对于拥有独立研发团队的恒达富士电梯而言，首次参加省科技成果竞价（拍卖）会，收获颇丰。尽管企业已拥有占地800平方米的研发中心，60多名技术人员以及80多项专利，然而自主研发已经不能满足“时刻保持技术领先”这一目标，董事长钱江明也开始尝试起技术购买，成果转化。

　　花350万元拍下一项科技成果，恒达富士迈出了“借智”的第一步。“购买科技成果不仅可以节约研发时间，还可以节省研发成本。”恒达富士技术部经理刘万兵告诉记者，“恒温恒湿智能电梯的研发”项目，考虑到了炎炎夏日，消费者目前对各大公共场所电梯空调温度忽冷忽热的抱怨，运用了两种调节方式，使轿厢内的调温迅速、均匀，也避免了空调直吹的问题。该项技术与企业的研发目标不谋而合，同时在日常生活中又有着广泛的市场前景。预计明年应用这项科技成果的产品就可以实现产业化生产。

As we know, Nanxun Hengda Fuji Elevator Co., Ltd cost 3.5 million CNY and bought “the research of constant temperature and humidity intelligent elevator”, Huzhou Jiali mechanical and electrical technology Co., LTD cost 2.5 million CNY and bought “Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Machine for washing machine”.

This is Hengda Fuji’s firs time to attend the auction. Although the company had owned a research center which occupied 800 square meters, over 60 technical staffs and 80 patents, self-researching cannot fulfill the company. The chairman Mr. Qian Jiangming tried to buy technology. And this is the first step to “borrow wisdom” by buying a scientific and technological achievement by 3.5 million CNY. It can save time and cost.
