2016年10月17日，森赫电梯股份有限公司董事长李东流受聘为上海理工大学特聘教授，聘任仪式暨学术报告会在上海理工大学格致堂会议室隆重举行。中国工程院院士林宗虎、上海理工大学党政领导、师生代表参加聘任仪式。

    他充分肯定了李东流董事长作为中国电梯行业的行业专家、企业家，在学术、管理、思维上的影响力、创造力和卓越贡献。李郝林表示，东流先生涉猎广泛，德才兼备，尤其在电梯文化、管理、产业化发展等研究领域，具有很深的造诣。更为可贵的是，作为一名企业家，他还具有对中国电梯行业发展的强烈使命感与责任感。经学校研究决定，聘任李东流担任我校特聘教授。

    简单而隆重的聘任仪式在热烈的掌声中结束。随后，李东流董事长向到会的师生代表作了题为《中国电梯产业发展》的学术报告，并回答到场师生提问。李总以其从事电梯行业30多年的亲身经历作为开篇，用深入浅出、风趣幽默的语言、详实而准确的数据与精辟独到的见解赢得了在座师生的阵阵掌声。

　　On the date of 17, October, 2016, Chairman of the board of Sicher Elevator Li Dongliu has been hired as the distinguished professor of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. The appointment ceremony and the symposium was held in the Gizhi Hall of the University. Lin Zonghu, Academician of Engineering, leaders in Party and government of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and faculties and students have attended the ceremony.

　　Chairman Li Dongliu has presented the academic report of Development of China’s Elevator Industry and answered the questions from the teachers and students.
