今年他们获奖的是澳门龙环葡韵的项目。龙环葡韵这个地方比较特别，不仅是澳门最有名的景点之一，也是当地居民休闲生活的重要场所，闲暇时间，当地人就来这里散步。近两年澳门政府把这里重新规划，在整个龙环葡韵设计了一个步行径系统，把步行路线打通，为的就是让居民能完全在步    行这种慢节奏的方式中体验整个葡韵，而不受交通的困扰。
    这个步行系统有一处难点，就是斜坡提升问题。虽然提倡步行，但是这段提升相对陡峭、距离也长，对居民，尤其是老幼孕残来说，是绝对的挑战，如果不解决这个问题，就完全背离了规划步行径系统的初衷。
    因此，斜行电梯在这里几乎是为这种使用场景量身定制，完美解决了特殊地形、特殊人群的交通问题。

 
    斜行电梯跟传统的直梯略有差别，直梯是在90度的垂直井道内上下运行，而斜梯的轿厢是在0-90度任意角度的井道里运行。
    虽然仅仅是角度的变化，却解决了很多实际问题。比如山坡，游客的登山路径是一个斜面，用直梯对土建成本要求很高，用扶梯则很难达到几百米的运行长度，安全性也缺乏保障。因此，让轿厢斜着上去，是最经济、灵活度最大的方案；而且封闭的轿厢，也比开放式的扶梯安全方便多了。不过，角度变化带来很多技术问题需要解决，可以说，国内目前成功的案例，都来自莱茵电梯。

　　Rhine Elevator has been honored the first prize of the Inclined Elevator of Elevator World for 3 consecutive years.

　　The inclined elevator could run in shafts with various angles between 0 to 90 degrees.

　　The single change of the angle could make solutions to plenty of practical problems. For example, the mountain slope, where visitors walk on, could not support an elevator for its costly civil engineering nor an escalator for its restrictive length and lack of safety. And thus an enclosed elevator car move along the slope could make the most economic, flexible and safe solution. However the shift of the slope would bring some technical problems to solve. And the current successful inclined elevators adopted in domestic projects are all made by Rhine Elevator.
