每年深秋，长江两岸的巫山漫山红叶，是旅游观光的绝佳时节。今年的红叶节，游客有望获得别样的观景体验，因为这里的全室外观光电梯即将试运行，计划在今年11月份迎接游客到来。

　　莱茵电梯为巫山景区设计安装的两台神女垂直观光梯建在神女溪上游，建平乡黄岩旅游周转中心索道下，是景区水陆并进的重要载体。

　　观光梯采用全钢结构，依山而立，上端海拔高程703米，下至中转衔接处，总高约200米，观光轿厢在开放式的井道中穿梭，运行速度达4m/s，每小时可输送客流量可达600人，因此被誉为“亚洲第一梯”。

　　由于神女景区山体落差大，道路险峻，材料运输和施工极为不便。为了保证电梯能在今年红叶节期间投入运营，整个团队加派人手，现已进入最后的冲刺阶段。届时，游客可在山上看完红叶，然后乘坐观光索道和电梯下到谷底，坐船畅游神女溪，仰望神女峰，从不同角度获得欣赏山水风貌的别致体验。

　　Every late autumn both sides of the Changjiang River enjoy a full sight of red leaves on the mountains and the reflection of the river, and it’s also a wonderful time for sightseeing. Tourists may have an extraordinary viewing experience as the outdoor sightseeing elevator is planning a trial operation and is expected to service the tourists in November.

　　Rhine Elevator has designed 2 sets of Goddess vertical sightseeing elevators on the Goddess Stream, right under the Jianping Huangyan Tourism Turnover Center Cableway, acting as an important carrier of the water and land sightseeing methods in the scenery spot.
