Suzhou Rail Transit Line 6 generally runs from east to west. It starts from Suzhou High-tech Zone in the west, runs through the ancient urban area and ends at Suzhou Industrial Park. The total length of the line is 36.12 km, the maximum speed is 80 km/H, and there are 31 underground stations.

苏州轨道交通6号线总体呈东西走向，线路西起苏州高新区，贯穿古城区，止于苏州工业园区，线路全长36.12km，最高速度达80km/h，共设置31座地下车站。
