   5月30日日本发生8.5级地震，地震导致上万台电梯停运，等在高层楼电梯口无法上下的民众

     日本本土主要电梯供应商是三菱、日立、富士达，这些品牌在日本国内及国外占有重要的地位，是全球主要电梯供应商。由于日本是地震高发国，因此日本的电梯标准是严格要求电梯须安装地震管制系统的。地震电梯管制系统会提前感知地震给波，在横波到达之前，平层开门放人，电梯停运，防止电梯关人，使乘客无法逃生。

    但电梯停动也会使更多居住在高层的人无法快速下到地面避险，建筑内人员长时间滞留无法离开危险大楼与开门放人停运是一对矛盾，因此对电梯地震情况下的紧急避险提出新的要求。

    如果在地震发生时，电梯既不关人也能正常工作那该多好啊！新技术的研究及成果总是需要有新的设想作为前提。我国在地震电梯的标准、法规、应用上与发达国家都有一定的差距，落后不等于没有创新，我国地震电梯管制工作既需要学习也需要有所创新。

    　Seismic Control System on Elevators Needs to be Learned and Innovation

　　An 8.5-magnitude earthquake has attacked the Ogasawara Islands in Japan, leading to thousands of elevators out of service.

　　As a earthquake-prone country, Japan has popularized the severe application of the Seismic Control System on elevators, which can sense the seismic wave in advance and stop the elevator on the nearest floor and set passagers free before the seismic transverse wave arrives.

　　However, the elevators out of service also take away the chance for residents and users on higher floor to escape, revealing another conflict betwween the no-service elevators and the need of elevator for the higher-floor residents, which a new requirement has been put forward in such circumstances.
