　　11/29/10 - Whole Foods, Chevy Chase - The elevator started moving up, then suddenly dropped back to 1st floor stopping abruptly, and the light fixture broke from the ceiling landing on a passenger's head.
　　9/7/10 - University Towers Condominium - Childs hand stuck between car door and car door return panel. Child put his hand on face of car door as it was opening. Child's forearm was broken.
　　12/21/09 - Montgomery Mall Macy's - As reported, stroller got stuck on down running escalator and fell forward and baby cut lip on escalator step. The primary cause was having a stroller on the escalator. Two signs on escalator (one graphic - onw written in words "No strollers")
　　12/3/09 - Bloomingdale's, Chevy Chase - An elderly lady's cane got caught in the escalator stairs, causing her to twist and fall. Customer stated the escalator was moving too fast.
　　11/23/09 - MTA Rogers Avenue - An 84 year old woman lost her balance and fell on the escalator when it came to a sudden stop. Fault register on the unit indicated "left bottom comb plate" switch.
　　11/16/09 - Oglethorpe Condos, Hyattsville - Elevator misleveled. Resident tripped and fell.
　　11/2/09 - Montgomery Mall Macy's - A customer using a walker lost her balance while riding the escalator and fell to the bottom of the escalator, sustaining a laceration to her head.
　　8/17/09 - Mondawmin Mall - Baltimore - Ms. Sparrow fell on escalator #2 at Mondawmin Station; injured right side of head and right wrist
　　7/7/09 -  National Aquarium, Baltimore - A passenger's rubber "croc" type shoe was caught in the escalator combplate. The passenger tried to remove the shoe and got his hand caught between the plate and step. Crushing and degloving injuries noted.
