KONE STRENGTHENS PRESENCE IN CHINA

 
　　KONE will strengthen its stake in its Chinese joint venture Giant KONE Elevators by 40%, increasing its ownership in the company from 40 to 80%. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2011.
