英国新政治家周刊分支CityMetric指出，伦敦交通局现正计划对伦敦地铁图纸修改，将对伦敦第三繁忙的枢纽进行升级改造。该工程预计在2022年完成，其中包括安装两台新电梯，12台自动扶梯和2台电梯，两台自动人行道。两台新电梯和四台自动扶梯在2019年11月，沃尔布鲁克站入口投入使用。预计直到2021年，包括工程师约200名员工将每天24小时在施工现场。

　　Transport for London (TfL) is upgrading Bank and Monument, the third-busiest intersection in the London Underground, CityMetric, a division of the British magazine New Statesman, pointed out when calling for a revamp of TfL Tube maps. Expected to be complete in 2022, the work includes two new elevators, 12 new escalators and two new moving walks, along with various new entrances, TfL says. Two new lifts and four escalators debuted at the new Walbrook Station entrance in November 2018. Until 2021, approximately 200 staff, including engineers, will be onsite 24 hr. a day, according to TfL.
