位于日本稻泽市的三菱电机总工厂即将在4月1日启用安装培训中心TAKUMI，该中心占地2182平方米，高六层。安装培训中心TAKUMI通过10条电梯井道、8台电梯和危险情况模拟器来创造实践和培训的机会，更是被用日语称为“大师”。这座钢筋建造的培训中心共投资超过900万美元，因为该公司希望在2020年3月，即财年度结束的时候，把日本国内的新电梯安装工人数量提高到1000人，海外新电梯安装工人数量提高到350人。该工厂号称是绿色环保的，可以通过屋顶的太阳能设备发电20000瓦，并采用LED节能灯具。

　　MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC TO OPEN INSTALLATION TRAINING CENTER

　　Mitsubishi Electric will open its 2,182-m2, six-story installation training center, TAKUMI, on April 1 at its Inazawa Works mother factory in Japan. With 10 shafts, eight elevators and hazard simulators for hands-on training, TAKUMI is named for the Japanese word for "great master." The steel structure represents an investment of more than US$9 million as the company seeks to strengthen its new-installation technician workforce to 1,000 in Japan and its installation supervisor workforce outside Japan to 350 by the fiscal year ending in March 2020. The facility boasts eco-friendly features such as 20-kW solar-power generation on the roof and LED lamps for all lighting.
