　　NEII PRESENTS, DISCUSSES AT BOMA INTERNATIONAL

　　The National Elevator Industry, Inc. (NEII) presented a panel case study and engaged in a discussion on elevator modernizations at the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Annual Conference & Expo in Salt Lake City. Moderated by NEII Executive Director Karen Penafiel, the panel focused on what property owners and managers need to know to work with their elevator contractor, consultant and tenants to successfully replace or renovate aging equipment. KONE’s Todd Boever and Otis’ Dinoo Wickramasinghe presented case studies highlighting the working relationships in owner-negotiated and consultant projects. “This panel served as an excellent opportunity for NEII to get in front of the end users to show off the industry’s vast expertise and how companies can partner with building owners to help them meet their goal of providing excellence to their tenants,” the association remarked.
