Hitachi Assist the Impoverished Students

August 19, 2010, Guangdong Labor Union and Hitachi Elevator held the activity to assist the impoverished students. Yi lihua, deputy president of Labor Union, Lizhenquan from Hitachi Elevator and nearly 300 impoverished workers and children participated the activity.

There are total 169 college students of the impoverished workers obtaining the grand, which is total 424,000 Yuan( Hitachi donates 150,000Yuan, Labor Union 274,000Yuan). In the ceremony, the Labor Union arranges the lecture of university students’ knowledge of employment. It is reported that the second grand fund will soon be sent to the impoverished students.

Recent years, Hitachi Elevator puts much attention on the education. The activity to assist the impoverished students is the practical action. Since 2006, Hitachi has already assisted the impoversied students for 5 years. The fund has been increased from 100,000 Yuan to 150,000 Yuan. There are total 550,000Yuan to assist the students and more than 700 students getting the fund.

In the future, Hitachi Elevator will put more attention on the education. We also hope the students will make their dream come true.
