Peelle货梯门（公司） 自1905年（成立）

　　Don Cation，为PEELLE工作50年！

　　Don Cation凯申唐（以下简称唐）自1966年4月4日在Peelle开始了在电梯行业的工作生涯，年仅17岁。当时他的时薪水仅为2美元，第一次公会提薪幅度也仅是0.1美分。Don在完成一项焊接任务后，申请了在Peelle工作。他曾笑称自己当年的薪水支票也算是挺高的了。

　　在唐工作的50年里，他服务过4任开设、运营工厂的老板，早期的工厂建于上世纪六十年代初期的加拿大，唐刚在工厂工作的时候，工厂只有25名员工，而现今这个位于加拿大的工厂已经成为Peelle最大的工厂，包括100个办公室和员工。

　　Peelle是唐的第二份工作。他开始工作的时候是与送饭菜的小电梯门、专用零部件以及餐梯滑动窗口打交道。唐提到1966年时，许多工作都是由工人手动完成的，而现在Peelle拥有了更多的起重机和自动化机器。

　　Peelle成立116年以来，唐是第二个在这里工作能够达到50年的里程碑式的老员工。“要选和优秀的人一起共事，Peelle是首选的公司之一”。

　　现在的唐工作很开心、身体很健康，因此还不想退休。他母亲已经94岁高龄，能够独立照顾自己，每天早上都会散步。唐很喜欢水上项目，尤其是钓鱼和滑水，他有计划要搬到北方气候更凉快一些的地方去，那样会更酷。

　　50 Years at Peelle!

　　Don (Donnie) Cation started at Peelle on April 4th 1966 at the age of 17 earning $2.00/hour, his first union raise was .10 cents. He applied for the job after completing a welding course. Donnie joked that his pay check went pretty far in those days.

　　During Donnie’s 50 years at Peelle he has worked for all 4 plant managers since Peelle began manufacturing in Canada in the early 60’s. When Donnie started there were only 25 people, today the Canadian manufacturing facility is Peelle’s largest with almost 100 office and factory staff.

　　Peelle was Donnie’s second job; he has spent 50 years welding dumb waiter doors, special purpose parts and pass through windows. Donnie noted that in 1966 there was much more manual labor; “today Peelle has more cranes and automation”.

　　During its 116 year history Donnie is only the second Peelle Employee to reach the 50 year employment mile stone. “Peelle is a number 1 place to work with great people”.

　　Donnie has no interest in retiring, he comes from good stock; his mother is 94, lives on her own and walks every morning. Donnie enjoys the water, especially fishing and water skiing, and will most likely move north where the pace and climate are “cooler”.
