近日，恒达富士电梯又一发明专利获得国家知识产权局授权，本专利名称为：自动扶梯链轮强化处理方法。自动扶梯链轮是自动扶梯的重要传动部件，因此在工艺上对自动扶梯链轮的表面耐磨性、内部任性和抗冲击性都有很高的要求。目前为了提高金属的耐磨性，大多采用渗氮工艺，但都未应用于自动扶梯链轮。而且普通的渗氮工艺在整个渗氮过程中渗氮温度和氨气分解率保持不变。温度一般在480—520℃之间，氨气分解率为15—30%，保温时间近80小时。这种工艺渗透层比较浅，而且处理时间过长，不适合应用于自动扶梯链轮。
　　目前，恒达富士电梯已拥有实用新型专利26件，发明专利2件，外观专利2件，还有19项在项目申请中。近年来，公司着重加大对科研的投入力度，公司专门成立了发明专利小组，积极投入到科技研发当中。通过多年来的努力，公司在发明专利件数上已经达到同行业较高水平，在2011年11月，凭借专利件数和高成长性，获得了由湖州市有关部门颁发的“2011年湖州市专利示范企业”荣誉称号。

　　Recently Hengdafuji Elevator gained another patent and its name is strengthening method of escalator sprocket. The escalator sprocket is an important transmission part. Therefore in the process of the escalator sprocket internal wayward surface wear resistance and impact resistance have high requirements. They use the nitriding process on the escalator sprocket.
　　For now, Hengdafuji Elevator has 26 patents for utility model, 2 patents for invention and 2 for appearance and 19 projects are applying for patent. This company enhances the investment on research. They founded a patent group for science and research. The number of patents has been the top of elevator industry by their efforts many years. Hengdafuji won the “2011 huzhou patent demonstration enterprise” in November 2011.
