伊斯坦布尔，2015年4月8日——奥的斯（土耳其）电梯为由佐卢房地产（Zorlu Real Estate）开发的Levent 199大厦设计了高速且智能的双层电梯，该电梯为其刷新了一项新纪录。这样的双层电梯轿厢的系统，每秒可以运行7米，通过CompassPlus智能乘客导向系统，以最有效的方式组织着大楼内的人员流动，是目前土耳其最快的电梯。奥的斯电梯在土耳其的总部是Buga Otis Asansör，是世界上最大的电梯制造商，其产品包括电梯，自动扶梯，自动人行道，同时该公司也是美国联合技术公司的子公司UTC建筑工业系统的一部分。

　　Levent 199工程包括10套自动升降梯，贯穿这座40层的大楼的中心，担负着大楼的垂直方向人员流动。每套电梯都有2.7吨的载客重量限制，每秒移动速度达到4至7米，并且在CompassPlus系统的帮助下有效地组织客流情况。

　　双层电梯运行天衣无缝

　　奥的斯双层电梯通过在同一电梯井道中同时运行两个同样规格的电梯轿厢来扩大电梯的客流运载量。在定向标志的指引下，乘客可以在双数楼层搭乘双层电梯中的下轿厢和在单数楼层的上轿厢，以此在同一时间带动两层楼的客流。

　　CompassPlus用户识别减少电梯排队时间

　　Levent199还采用了CompassPlus系统，这是一个智能的乘客导向系统，有助于缓解高楼的垂直运输状况。该系统通过把电梯排队时间、临时停止和其他的等待时间缩到最短，为电梯的高效运行节省了约27%的能源。

　　该系统把这幢大楼分成了几个部分，综合考虑每个电梯轿厢的人数并且指引乘客搭乘最适合的电梯。这个CompassPlus系统已经在土耳其的其他大楼包括水晶塔（Finansbank Crystal Tower）和熔岩塔（Spine Tower）成功获得了运用。现在该系统也在Emaar广场进行安装。

　　Otis Installs Turkey’s Fastest Elevator

　　ISTANBUL, April 8, 2015 — Otis Turkey has set a record with its fast, smart double-deck elevator system designed for Levent 199, a new project by Zorlu Real Estate. The double-deck car systems, which run 7 meters in one second, are the fastest elevators in Turkey, organizing the building’s traffic flow in the most efficient manner with its CompassPlus smart passenger direction system. Otis, which operates in Turkey as Buga Otis Asansör, is the world’s largest manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products, including elevators, escalators and moving walkways, and is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

　　The Levent 199 project includes 10 passenger lifts, rising up from the center of the 40-floor building and responsible for all vertical circulation in the building. The elevators will have a carriage capacity of 2,700 kilograms, with speeds of 4 and 7 meters per second, and will direct traffic in the building efficiently with the help of the CompassPlus system. These fast and smart elevators are also accompanied by a 3.5 meter-per-second fire and service lift with a carriage capacity of 2,000 kilograms and 12 Gen2 machine-roomless elevators with a carrier belt system, along with six escalators.

　　Seamless double-deck operation

　　Otis double-deck elevators increase the carriage capacity of elevators by running two elevator cars in a car frame and in the same elevator shaft at the same time. With the help of directional signage, users are directed towards the lower car for even floors, and the upper car for odd floors, allowing for two separate floors to be served at the same time.

　　CompassPlus user identification reduces long elevator queues

　　Levent 199 has also installed CompassPlus, a smart passenger direction system to ease vertical traffic in high-rise buildings. Minimizing the long elevator queues, interim stops and extra waiting time, the system provides approximately 27 percent less energy consumption as a result of more efficient operation of elevators.

　　The smart passenger direction system separates the building into segments, and directs passengers to the most appropriate car by also considering the number of passengers in each car. The Compass system has already been successfully implemented in other buildings in Turkey including Finansbank Crystal Tower, and Spine Tower, and the CompassPlus system is being installed in Emaar Square.
