卡尔-海因茨·鲍尔将在2015年6月1日担任迅达电梯的首席技术官（CTO），直接向迅达CEO Silvio Napoli汇报工作。长期以来，鲍尔在汽车行业的领先科技运用方面取得了成功的职业生涯，管理着多站点的工程和国际研发机构。2007年以来他担任了霍尼韦尔交通系统（Honeywell Transportation）的首席技术官（CTO），后加入迅达电梯。在这之前，他曾供职于博格华纳（Borgwarner）,保时捷（Porsche）和博世（Robert Bosch），同时，鲍尔拥有者德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学（University of Karlsruhe）的机械工程硕士学位。

　　迅达电梯在开发新技术方面一直领先于全行业，本次任命首席技术官（CTO）为集团实行委员会也反映了迅达集团的承诺，继续推出新产品，要求精益求精。

　　由此，2015年6月1日起迅达的集团执行委员会酱油一下成员组成：Silvio Napoli (CEO), Erich Ammann, Karl-Heinz Bauer, David Clymo, Paolo Compagna, Carlos Guembe, Albert Haffert, Thomas Oetterli, Miguel A. Rodriguez and Oswald Schmid。

　　Chief Technology Officer to be appointed as member of the Group Executive Committee

　　Karl-Heinz Bauer joins Schindler as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on June 1, 2015 and will report to the CEO, Silvio Napoli. He has had a long and successful career in leading technology functions in the automotive industry managing multi-site engineering and Research and Development organizations internationally. He joins Schindler from Honeywell Transportation Systems where he has been CTO since 2007. He has previously held leading positions in , and Karl-Heinz Bauer holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the  in Germany.

　　Schindler has for many years been at the forefront of new technology developments in the industry and the appointment of the CTO to the Group Executive Committee reflects the commitment of the Group to continue to drive innovation and product excellence.

　　As a consequence, the Group Executive Committee will as of June 1, 2015 be composed as follows: Silvio Napoli (CEO), Erich Ammann, Karl-Heinz Bauer, David Clymo, Paolo Compagna, Carlos Guembe, Albert Haffert, Thomas Oetterli, Miguel A. Rodriguez and Oswald Schmid.
