北京市质监局25日公布“7·5”北京地铁四号线自动扶梯事故调查结果，认定此事故是一起责任事故，并对奥的斯做出罚款50万元处罚。对此，奥的斯中国26日发表声明称，奥的斯中国正在全力工作，确保类似事故不再发生。

　　调查组表示，扶梯制造单位广州奥的斯电梯有限公司、日常维护保养单位北京奥的斯电梯有限公司对此次事故的发生负有主要责任。奥的斯电梯(中国)投资有限公司由于未能及时发放有关技术文件，对本次事故负有次要责任。依据《特种设备安全监察条例》第八十八条规定，将对广州奥的斯电梯有限公司、北京奥的斯电梯有限公司和奥的斯电梯(中国)有限公司分别处以20万、20万和10万元罚款。

　　事故调查组表示，北京奥的斯电梯有限公司负责事故扶梯日常维保的人员，将被吊销作业许可证。涉嫌触及刑律的两名事故责任人，建议司法机关依法追究刑事责任。

　　对于目前北京市地铁运行线路中停运的177台奥的斯品牌公共交通型自动扶梯，奥的斯公司正根据整改方案实施整改，并承诺所有目前北京地铁停用的奥的斯扶梯都将于2012年春节前重新投入使用。

　　Beijing quality and supervision bureau announce the investigation of subway elevator accident of Beijing in July 5 and this is a liability accident and make a fine of 500 thousand Yuan. Otis China made a statement on this and it will make sure this kind of accident never happen again.
　　Also, the manufacturer, Guangzhou Otis Company and the maintenance company, Beijing Otis Elevator Company have major responsibility for this accident. Otis Investment Company has secondary responsibility. And the bureau made a fine of these three 200 thousand Yuan, 200 thousand Yuan and 100 thousand Yuan.

　　For the present Beijing subway line suspended in the running 177 sets Otis escalators, Otis company is according to implemented corrective action plan, and promised all stopped Beijing subway escalator will put into use before the Spring Festival of 2012
